1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl30.club ("jl30," "the Company," "we," "us"). 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account at jl30. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited. jl30 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jl30 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS card, PhilHealth card, or UMID) and proof of address. jl30 may also require verification of your payment method. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the required timeframe may have deposit, withdrawal, or playing privileges restricted.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl30 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl30 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials. You must notify jl30 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl30 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency wallets. Additional methods may be added or removed at jl30's discretion. All deposits must originate from an account or payment instrument that is registered in your own name.

4.2 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including other family members — are strictly prohibited. jl30 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit that cannot be confirmed as originating from an account held in the Player's verified name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within thirty (30) minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. jl30 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity has been detected or where a withdrawal is being made to a different payment method than that used for deposit.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may vary by account tier. Current limits are displayed in the jl30 Cashier. jl30 may modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jl30 are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl30 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing qualifying bets on low-volatility outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; participation in coordinated bonus abuse with other players; and any other strategy jl30 reasonably determines to be an exploitation of the bonus system. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently banned from the platform.

5.4 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has a stated validity period from the date of issue. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within this period will automatically expire. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

• Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime in connection with jl30 or any third party.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through the use of external software, bots, automated systems, or collusion with other players.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without a legitimate, good-faith dispute basis.
• Sharing your jl30 account with or playing on behalf of another person.
• Accessing jl30 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Any conduct that jl30 reasonably considers to be harmful to other players, jl30 staff, or the integrity of the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension & Closure

jl30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement obligation requires account restriction.
• The Player is under the legal gambling age of 21 years.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, jl30 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds that were not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method following investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl30 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of jl30 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11. Limitation of Liability

jl30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where jl30 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl30's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl30's gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jl30's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl30 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email or in-account notification. Your continued use of jl30 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
